BBC - Skillswise website: The excellent 'Skillswise' site has lots of materials suitable for learners. They are aimed at 'Level 1' which will suit most learners.
Move-on website: Lots of things to look at and also a handy 'Test your skills' section too.
Embedded Learning Portal: This is a bit more complicated to use but worth a try as it covers things from a different perspective. Click on the link below then, when the page appears:
- in the 'Subject' box, select Numeracy or Literacy, depending on what you want
- in the 'Level' box, select the Level you want (eg Level 1 is a good place to start)
- click 'Search'
- look down the topics to find one you want then click its 'Launch e-learning'
